All jewelry can be customized at no extra cost.
Bracelet sizing is based on your wrist size + approximately ¾".
Color changes are also available—simply send me a message and I’ll provide the full range of options. Charms and decorative details can be customized upon request.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days
We kindly ask for up to 3 weeks total from order to delivery, Due to new customs laws and procedures across Europe some packages may take a little longer to clear.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be displayed on your order once your order has been shipped, you can find it in " your purchases"
Once it arrives at the destination country your local post office will be the one responsible for the delivery of the package.
Rest assured, the tracking information will update and it will arrive inside the estimated time given from the start. If there is any problem, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Silver-plated items are made with a very thin layer of pure silver over a base metal. With proper care, you can extend their beauty and shine for much longer.
How to care for silver-plated jewelry:
Avoid using chemicals or jewelry cleaners, as they can damage or fade the plating.
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth after each use.
Keep away from swimming, heavy sweating, and humid environments.
Store in a plastic zip-top bag to minimize tarnish, or in a jewelry box with a tight-fitting lid.
